Her current focus is on sourcing permanent white-collar talent across the building materials, supply & manufacture, and residential construction sectors.
Having built her own business from the ground up, Sarah knows firsthand the true cost—both time and money—of hiring the wrong person (spoiler: it’s not cheap or fun). That’s why she’s passionate about connecting the right people with the right roles the first time around.
