As the Director of Define Talent, Sarah brings over 11 years of recruitment experience to the table—most of which has been spent navigating the ever-evolving world of construction. Her current focus is on sourcing permanent white-collar talent across the building materials, supply & manufacture, and residential construction sectors.

Having built her own business from the ground up, Sarah knows firsthand the true cost—both time and money—of hiring the wrong person (spoiler: it’s not cheap or fun). That’s why she’s passionate about connecting the right people with the right roles the first time around.

Sarah’s superpower? Building genuine, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. She’s all about transparent communication and partnership—no smoke, no mirrors, just good people doing great work..

To add even more insight to her people skills (and because she just couldn’t resist another challenge), Sarah is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology. Turns out, understanding what makes people tick is pretty useful when your job is all about people.
